Pro bono attorneys provide the same legal services to their clients who cannot pay as for those that can. They file the same motions and actions as well as spend the same amount of time, if not more because of crisis situations.
Types of cases include:
- uncontested and contested divorce,
- custody, child support, adoption, visitation,
- bankruptcy,
- immigration,
- wills and estates.
- Social Security and SSI disability cases (especially cessation cases )
- powers of attorney
